Summary:<\/strong><\/span><\/p> \n

The Photographer will perform a variety of duties in support of the E-commerce and Marketing departments which includes but is not limited to staging, styling, capturing, and editing high-quality photography and video, and deploying assets to their platforms. Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining an efficient production process, preparing subject samples for shooting and post producing\/preparing images for the web.<\/p> \n

Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/span><\/p> \n

\n
• Work closely with Lead Photographer and Studio Manager to deliver the best photographic representation of products across multiple digital platforms<\/li> \n
• Manage and track a high volume of product images by assuring the adherence to and maintenance of an efficient product photography\/post-production process and workflow<\/li> \n
• Assure collaboration with Marketing, Merchandising and Buying coordinators on shoot prioritization and scheduling<\/li> \n
• Contribute to the building and maintenance of camera, lighting, computer, and studio equipment inventory<\/li> \n
• Organize, name, retouch and upload images and videos for E-commerce and Marketing<\/li> \n
• Light, compose, style, photograph, and process a wide range of E-commerce products according to style guide<\/li> \n
• Participate in pre-production meetings and execute stylized photo and video shoots for Marketing – on location as needed<\/li> \n
• Troubleshoot basic production challenges under the direction of Lead Photographer<\/li> \n
• Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly in technical and creative environments, while delivering quality work<\/li> \n
• Speak clearly and persuasively about photography technology<\/li> \n
• Maintain a mastery over photography equipment, technologies and tactics<\/li> \n
• Knowledge in fashion accessories with the ability to balance artistic and ecommerce needs appropriately<\/li> \n<\/ul> \n

  Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/span><\/p> \n

  We are looking for a self-motivated, open-minded team member who has a strong background in and passion for product photography. Ideally this person would encompass most (if not all) of these points:<\/p> \n

  \n
  • Degree in Photography<\/li> \n
  • 2+ years of experience in photographing consumer goods and apparel merchandise<\/li> \n
  • Experience with video filming and editing<\/li> \n
  • Solid understanding of lighting techniques, equipment, composition, and color theory<\/li> \n
  • Strong portfolio showcasing photography skills<\/li> \n
  • Capture One<\/li> \n
  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Bridge, Premiere Pro)<\/li> \n
  • Highly organized, professional individual that works quickly under pressure<\/li> \n
  • Ability to multitask and handle several projects simultaneously under deadlines<\/li> \n
  • A self-starter that can hit the ground running, shows initiative, but isn't afraid to ask for direction and work with the team<\/li> \n
  • ·Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical malfunctions with cameras, lighting equipment, lenses, etc.<\/li> \n
  • Familiarity with Snap36 Robots and SpinMe software, or another 360 photography method, is a HUGE plus!<\/li> \n<\/ul> \n

    • Must be able to lift and carry 25-50 pounds on a regular basis<\/li> \n
    • Active role – you will be building and breaking down sets often<\/li> \n<\/ul> \n
