UNC Football Recruit Weekend Scoreboard: Two Tar Heel Commits Meet in Battle of National Powers
A pair of North Carolina football commitments -- class of 2026 three-star cornerback Danny Odem and class of 2025 three-star tight end Marshall Pritchett -- clashed in a national match-up, where Rabun Gap-Nacoochee (Ga.) School outlasted Orlando (Fla.) First Academy, 49-42. Pritchett contributed a couple of touchdowns to the back-and-forth affair. (Inside Carolina)

Two-Sport High School Star Kendre Harrison Makes Another Trip To Chapel Hill
It feels as though Reidsville High School (N.C.) dual-sport junior sensation Kendre Harrison has been at about half of UNC Football's home games since he landed an offer from Mack Brown over a year ago. Perhaps that's a bit of a stretch. Nevertheless, it's obvious by now that the 6-foot-7, 245-pound bruiser enjoys spending time in Chapel Hill. (Sports Illustrated)

UNC Football Recruit Weekend Scoreboard: Kamden Laudenslager Racks Up More TFLs
Hurricane Helene greatly impacted high school football schedules within UNC's primary footprint. Games were moved up or not played at all, like in the case of Marshall Pritchett's Rabun Gap-Nacoochee (Ga.) School. Linebacker Kamden Laudenslager spent another Friday in the opponent's backfield. UNC Football Recruit Weekend Scoreboard: Baker Near Flawless, Ancrum & Laudenslager Break Through
North Carolina class of 2025 four-star quarterback commit Bryce Baker continues to surpass the bar he set earlier in the season. His Friday performance was nearly flawless: only one of his 18 passes fell incomplete and four went for touchdowns. Dual-Sport Standout Kendre Harrison Transfers Back Home, Wears UNC Football Logo
Kendre Harrison, who holds a UNC football offer as a five-star tight end and a UNC basketball offer as a four-star jumbo forward, began his junior campaign at prep powerhouse Providence Day School (N.C.) after spending his first two seasons suiting up for his hometown Reidsville High School (N.C.) squad. 5-star TE Kendre Harrison returns to Reidsville after short stint at Providence Day
Reidsville football will get an unexpected, mid-season upgrade as Kendre Harrison, one of the nation's top high school athletes, returns to the program (Harrison discusses his return). Harrison, a highly-touted football and basketball recruit, enrolled at Charlotte's Providence Day School in August. After three games played, he's returning to his hometown. (WRAL Sports Fan)

UNC Football Recruit Weekend Scoreboard: Zaid Lott Records 5 TDs Against Rival
Bryce Baker was off this week. But fellow UNC QB commit Zaid Lott -- as he'll likely do when the two are in Chapel Hill -- filled in by throwing for three TDs and rushing for two more. Meanwhile, RB/LB Javion Butts took the field for the first time this season following surgery in February to repair a partial tear in a quad tendon. He estimates he played 15 snaps. (Inside Carolina)

Five-star dual-sport athlete Kendre Harrison visiting UNC this weekend
Providence Day School product Kendre Harrison took to social media to announce that he will be on campus at UNC for the game on Saturday, a really good thing for the Tar Heels in this recruitment. Harrison is a five-star tight end who is ranked No. 9 in the 247Sports composite rankings. Harrison is also one of the top basketball recruits in the 2025 class. (Tar Heels Wire)
